I am an applied mathematician who has worked within bio-tech, large pharma and now academia. My main interest are in applying mathematical and statistical models to healthcare data to gain better insight into disease processes which lead to better clinical decision making. I apply the tools that i have learn't, ranging from systems of differential equations to statistical/machine learning, to data-sets ranging from in-vitro data to large noisy clinical patient time-series data.
