Hamish McIntosh is a researcher, artist, and teacher based on Wurundjeri Country in Melbourne, Australia. He recently completed his PhD in dance—"To an End: Death as a Queer Theory of Dance"—at the University of Melbourne, where he is now an Honorary Fellow in the School of Culture and Communication. His research interests include queer theory, dance studies, aesthetics, and pedagogy, with these explored through qualitative and practice-based methodologies.
