Hamed Koochaki Kelardeh

Dr. Koochaki Kelardeh is a postdoctoral researcher at Center for Nano-optic (CeNO) at Georgia State University. He received my M.Sc. degrees in Physics from Iran University of Science and Technology (IUST), then pursued to get a Ph.D. in condensed matter physics from Georgia State University. He teaches and conducts research in the area of theoretical and computational Physics with a major emphasis on nano-optics, nanoplasmonic and ultrafast phenomena in condensed matters. Within his Ph.D. time, he theorized the interaction of ultrafast and ultrastrong optical field with graphene and graphene-like nanocrystals as a prototype of the two-dimensional class of materials. He has been called as the “Outstanding Graduate Student of the year 2017” recognized by Physics Department Executive Committee. Dr. Koochaki has published more than 10 papers in high ranking journals and is involved as the editorial board of Postdoctoral Journal, and also an active referee of several scientific journals.
