Welcome to my personal figshare! My previous works are available at bridges.monash.edu. I am interested in how metaphoric languages reveal the way we conceptualise our experiences with the world, such as emotions and time. My other interests are lexicology and lexicography, morphosyntax, linguistic typology, and Austronesian linguistics. My work is mainly couched within the framework of Cognitive Linguistics, particularly Conceptual Metaphor Theory, Frame Semantics, and the usage-based Constructionist approach. I adopt quantitative corpus linguistic and experimental methods. I use R for all things data science. Visit my University of Oxford figshare for updates on the Enggano project.
