Erin McKiernan

I'm a professor in the Department of Physics, Faculty of Science at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (Departamento de Física, Facultad de Ciencias, Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México), and a researcher in biophysics and neurophysiology. I'm also the founder of the Why Open Research project (, an educational site for researchers to learn about sharing their work. I blog at, and tweet at @emckiernan13.
