Edgar Pacheco holds a PhD in Information Systems. Dr. Pacheco is currently an Adjunct Research Fellow at Victoria University of Wellington’s School of Information Management, and a Senior Research Scientist (Social Sciences) at WSP New Zealand. His work has extensively covered aspects of digital technologies in relation to risks and opportunities, transition, and disability.
