- Srijan Pateriya is an assistant professor at Dr. C.V. Raman University, Kota, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. He is a Doctor of Philosophy in law, a postgraduate in law with a specialization in criminal law, and also holds a five-year integrated graduate degree (B.Com. LL.B.) with distinction from Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya (Central University), Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh).He has also participated in and presented papers in different seminars and webinars at renowned universities and institutes across the country. He has also published research papers and chapters in reputed journals. He is the editor and reviewer of some of the journals. He also took part in the Youth Parliament and debates conducted by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India. He is a registered advocate of the High Court of Chhattisgarh and a member of the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association.
