David R. Fuhrman is Professor of Coastal Dynamics at DTU Department of Civil and Mechanical Engineering. His research spans many aspects of coastal engineering, including wave hydrodynamics, boundary layer processes, turbulence and turbulence modelling, sediment transport and scour. He presently serves on the editorial boards of: Coastal Engineering; ASCE J. Waterways Port, Coastal, and Ocean Engineering; as well as Applied Ocean Research.
