Boy Piter Nizu Kekri (born October 24, 1989) is currently resident in Jayapura City, Papua Province. I am a lecturer at the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the University of Cenderawasih in the field of development economics, in particular issues of public economy, planning, and local finance. Some scientific papers have been successfully published, for example, discussions of issues related to local income and spending and government compliance (mandatory spending). Some opportunities, such as being facilitators and sources for the local government, are a good thing for the process of empowering the academic field. Being part of figshare.com is a self-development effort.
