Visual perception is an important part of IoT technology, with advantages such as intuitive target detection, high imaging resolution, and large information content. It is challenging to use image sensors to image through a continuously fluctuating water-air interface (WAI). The images obtained in this way will suffer from severe refraction distortion, which will affect the observer's accurate recognition of the target. Reversing these distortions is an ill-posed problem, and the current restoration methods using high-resolution video streams are difficult to adapt to real-time observation scenes. This paper proposes a method for instantaneous distorted image restoration based on structured light and local fitting.Experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper can effectively eliminate the refraction distortion of instantaneous images, improve the visual effect of the image, and its performance is significantly better than the state-of-the-art methods.
