<p dir="ltr">This exegesis was submitted as part of the Master of Design (Multimedia Design) at Monash University in 2020. It explores the relationship between colour and mental health therapy through design research and reflective analysis. The study examines how visual environments and colour perception influence emotional wellbeing, behaviour, and psychological healing. Integrating aspects of art therapy, clinical psychology, and design practice, it aims to show the importance of colour as a tool for creating restorative and supportive spaces for mental health.
