PROPOSED LEGAL MECHANISMS TO REGULATE CORPORATE HOMICIDE IN BANGLADESH

thesis
posted on 2025-05-06, 23:53 authored by Robayet Ferdous Syed
In Bangladesh, individuals who commit petty crimes face legal consequences. But shockingly, some corporations cause thousands of deaths through negligence and go unpunished. This is a serious injustice! Companies must be held accountable for their actions, just like individuals. This thesis proposes legal reforms to ensure that corporations responsible for such tragedies face proper sanctions. Strengthening the law will help prevent future harm and promote justice for victims.
