Description

The thesis is a corpus-based investigation of emotion metaphors for five Indonesian words that each refers to ANGER, LOVE, FEAR, HAPPINESS, and SADNESS. The data is based on literary corpus texts downloaded from the web. The study adops quantitative corpus linguistic methods of Metaphorical Pattern Analysis (Stefanowitsch 2006).
