This work covers biological membrane permeabilization modeling under electric field stimuli (electroporation). The first chapter is a review of bioelectrics, electroporation modeling, and high performance computing. The second chapter covers a high throughput parameter sweep mapping applied square pulse intensity and duration to unique biological membrane responses. The third chapter covers a novel, high performance/parallel electroporation model and corresponding parallel scaling results. The final chapter reviews the next steps for continued work on this project.
