The study aimed at evaluation of information literacy instruction at Uganda Christian University Mbale college library. The study was guided by the three research objectives such as to examine the different methods of information literacy instructions used, analyzing the factors influencing information literacy training and to establish the attitudes of library users and library staff towards information literacy training. The researcher used questionnaire and interview as data collection methods, simple random and purposive samplings were also used. Simple percent statistical tool SPSS was used to analyze data obtained from the respondents by use of questionnaires and interview.
