The main objective of this experiment is to design a basic spectrometer. In this experiment we are asked to design a basic spectrometer using low cost materials. Spectrometry is the quantitative measurement of the reflection or transmission properties of a material as a function of wavelength. The Beer-Lambert law is adopted for the experiment.
