Commercial Mediation in Kyrgyzstan: discussion about key obstacles and opportunities

This article points out not only the circumstances hindering the development of the institution of mediation in Kyrgyzstan but also the recommendations for the qualitative introduction of mediation into the legal system of the Kyrgyz Republic that was developed during my internship and study in Poland as part of The Lane Kirkland Program.
