Smallpox model - most current version

<p dir="ltr">The latest version of the model used for calculating smallpox incidences and patient age distributions after a vaccine rollout in Copenhagen in the early 1800s. One script (_Gamma) uses a Gamma-distributed vaccine immunity waning time, while the other (_Exponential) uses an exponential distribution. The .txt file contains the immunity distribution by age group as it is at the pre-vaccine endemic equilibrium. This model was last updated on Dec 3, 2025.</p>
