The Pangandaran Station (TEPAST) has been conducting monthly in-situ observations in the southern of Java Island, Indonesia, since September 2021. The TEPAST project aims to monitor several critical coastal variables to track and understand environmental changes in Pangandaran Bay. Monthly monitoring is conducted at three permanent stations within the bay, with measurements taken at depths of 0, 10, and 20 meters. Six key variables—pH, temperature, chlorophyll-a, salinity, dissolved oxygen, and water transparency—are measured monthly using advanced scientific instruments. Over 36 months of measurements, 1488 samples were collected.
