Mwo

This package is used to calculate the coda moment magnitude (M_wo) of large earthquakes from long-period coda.

Installation

Mwo is a set of codes, need:

1. Python environment with: numpy, matplotlib, scipy

2. bash

3. Perl

How to use

You can start to use this package by just downloading the Mwo.zip (includes codes, Readme, and an example of the 2011 Mw 9.1 Tohoku-Oki earthquake). Note: the example contains only a small part of the data. In the Readme file, there are detailed usage instructions.
