Image Segmentation and Rounding Script

Wadell roundness and circularity was calculated from clast photography using image segmentation (with help from Dr. Ari Koeppel) and following the computational methodology developed by Zheng & Hryciw (2015). Both scripts were combined and slightly modified into the script located here. The main functions used in the script were developed by Zheng & Hryciw, (2015).
