This repository includes the following files:

HiCO_SAMD_Programs.zip: Software for SA-MD simulation.
HiCO SA-MD tutorial: Tutorial for running HiCO_SA-MD_Programs.
R1_Chr1. zip and R2_Chr1.zip: Sample paired-end sequencing data with SAM format.
Create_Hi-COmatrix.zip: LabVIEW code for analyzing paired-end sequencing reads to output the Hi-CO matrix.
