Files for toxcast_assays table

The three files contained here are:

toxcast_processing.py - script processes the relevant data that feeds the table

toxcast_model.py - script creates the table

invitro_db_v4_2.xlsx - This data source was used to update the table and can be retrieved from invitrodb v4.2

The next version of Invitrodb (v4.3) is scheduled to be released September 2025.

I manually combined the 'assay_annotations_invitrodb_v4_2_SEPT2024.xlsx' and 'assay_gene_mappings_invitrodb_v4_2_SEPT2024.xlsx' into one workbook to form the 'invitro_v4_2.xlsx'
