Place-based rural health data and code
E2SFCA_withSj
computes the enhanced two-step floating catchment area with capacity. It requires the following inputs, which are provided here: origins (population), destinations (healthcare clinics with capacity), and an origin-destination cost matrix.
adaptiveNeighborhood
computes the minimum bounding geometry to capture population of a given size at each centroid using the population shapefile.
All shapefiles beginning with the 'SA_' prefix are the service area and population served for each food retail location.
All shapefiles are compressed in a single folder.
See ReadMe.docx for detailed instructions on calculating OD matrix.
