This document provides guidelines for configuring and running habitat-building species dynamics through the Ecoengineer plug-in, a novel add-on to Ecospace, the spatial-temporal module of the Ecopath with Ecosim (EwE) food web modelling approach.

The EcoEngineer plug-in can be installed with EwE 6.6.6 and newer
