Expanding Networks by Querying Unexpectedly Inter-Related Entities.

We hereby provide the executable Singularity Image File (SIF) that contains ENQUIRE's code and stable input metadata (e.g. gene symbol-to-alias lookup table). The SIF file is authenticated by digital signature (PGP). See ENQUIRE GitHub repository ("Documentation") for detailed instructions on how to use ENQUIRE.
