Code used to analyse PLOS Computational Biology code sharing rates

Code and accompanying documentation to analyse code generation and code sharing rates of PLOS Computational Biology articles.

The code extracts articles metadata from the .xml files before processing it to detect code generation and sharing rates.

Python3 is required to run the code. A README file is contained within the zip file.
