The CRISPR-BEasy is a free web-based service that helps to design sgRNA libraries for CRISPR-based base-editing screens.

The latest development version of the CRISPR-BEasy source code is available at the following GitHub repositories:https://github.com/CERC-Genomic-Medicine/CRISPR-BEasy includes source code for computational workflows, and https://github.com/CERC-Genomic-Medicine/CRISPR-BEasy_cloudgene3 includes source code for the web-based service.
