Behavioural observations

BORIS project file with ethogram against which behaviour was scored, from video recordings of the experimental trials. BORIS is an open-source software (see link in reference).

The video recordings of Day 1 and Day 2 of the experimental trial (i.e. days 23 and 24 of the experiment) in the BORIS project file may be requested from the authors. Video file names are in the format "id_yyyymmddhhmmss", where "id" refers to the bower ID (which corresponds with tagreader number) and the time refers to the recording start time on the respective dates.
