This item contains the code to reproduce the snalysis and figures in  Mammal responses to global changes in human activity vary by trophic group and landscape 

The R files must be run in order:

- 1_Full_models.R - the global metanalytic models

- 2_Subset_models.R - the analysis conducted on data subsets

- Manuscript_figures.R - The code to generate the plots included in the manuscript
