A Python script that retrieves a viral genome sequence (HIV-1 NL4-3) from the NCBI Nucleotide database via Biopython, generates a knockout for a target overprinted gene (vpr is overprinted by vif) with Pyviko, then uses Pydna to design primers for molecular cloning. (PY 1 kb)
