<p dir="ltr">This repository contains the code used to perform the meta-analysis, to train and tune the machine‐learning models, and to conduct SHAP-based model interpretation for rice paddy systems. It also provides an example script for optimizing chemical nitrogen application rates to balance greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and rice yield. The optimization script is intended as an illustrative example and can be modified for other applications.</p>
