A multi FASTA alignment of Salmonella Typhi genomes, mapped to CT18 ( AL513382) with repeat regions and mobile elements filtered out. It is an intermediate result from the Nature Genetics paper "Phylogeographical analysis of the dominant multidrug-resistant H58 clade of Salmonella Typhi identifies inter- and intracontinental transmission events" by Vanessa Wong.  This dataset is used as part of another paper on the SNP-sites software.
