simulation of B-C correlations given A-B and A-C correaltion. The code (corr_a_b_c.m) and figures are hosted in github: https://github.com/Conxz/vis

simulated A-B and A-C correlation from 0.01 to 0.90 with a step of 0.01.

the simulation was repeated 1000 times.

so the dimention of the data (matlab mat file) is 90x90x1000.
