Plenary Presentation at American Antiquarian Society Digital Antiquarian
Slides from my plenary presentation at the American Antiquarian Society’s Digital Antiquarian conference. The talk, “21st-Century Bibliography: Social Cataloguing, Linked Data, and the Computational Humanities,”provided an overview of current trends in digital humanities and digital library scholarship and discussed cutting (if not bleeding) edge technologies currently under development such as using content based image recognition to track the reuse of individual sorts of moveable type as a means of establishing a chronology of early printed materials.
