A biosensor is a device that measures biological or chemical reactions by converting them into electrical signals. Biosensors are made up of a biological component, such as an enzyme, antibody, or cell, and a transducer that converts the biological response into an electrical signal. The signal can be electrical, optical, or thermal. The study aims to optimize sensitivity in capacitive bacterial biosensors using comsol multi-physics and MATLAB toolbox.
