Are we there yet? A contemporary library chatbot

<p dir="ltr">Academic libraries are in the forefront in adopting and embracing technologically changing landscapes during the age of artificial intelligence. As leaders in adopting change, libraries have eagerly embraced chatbots to improve service delivery for their clients. According to Raunolisa, Raghuwanshi, and Singh (2017:1525), chatbots are programs that mimic human conversation using Artificial Intelligence. Chatbots are agents of change that change the ballgame of service delivery. Chatbots are sophisticated conversational agents capable of engaging with users in natural language.</p>
