<b>Transparent Ranking of Institutional Open Access Repositories according to number of items indexed by Google Scholar. 2018-2024</b>

<p dir="ltr">The <i>Transparent Ranking of Open Access (OA) Repositories</i> has been published annually since 2008 as part of the Webometrics Portal of Rankings (webometrics.ingo). This ranking evaluates <a href="" target="_blank">4 494 OA institutional repositories </a>based on the total number of items indexed by Google Scholar (excluding citations). The dataset spans seven consecutive years (2018-2024), highlighting the evolution of OA coverage and the high volatility in Google Scholar’s crawling process.</p>
