The model highlights reciprocal relationships between students, teachers, researchers, and decision-makers, emphasizing ethical and relational dimensions of knowledge-based practice. Developed within the author’s master’s thesis in special education at NTNU (2025), it contributes to the conceptual understanding of evidence-based practice as a dialogical and human-centered process.

This preprint is published to establish authorship and contribute to ongoing scholarly dialogue and development.

License note

Published under CC BY 4.0.
Educational and research use is encouraged with proper attribution.
The model may not be altered, adapted, or used for commercial purposes.
This note specifies the author’s intended ethical use and protects the theoretical integrity of the model.
