This study, conducted by the Bread of Life Development Foundation in 2012, provides an empirical dataset combining national surveys, case studies, and participatory consultations. While the original report was framed as a policy document, this paper reinterprets the findings through an academic lens, situating Nigeria’s experience within global climate adaptation debates.</p>
