This manuscript presents a self-contained proof of a universal perimeter closure inside a minimal arithmetic framework (the Primordial Model). We then prove a structure-preserving Equivalence of Translation (E T) under explicitaxioms ,and thus transfer the closure to the classical setting: Odd perfect numbers do not exist.
