The traditional manual evaluation of answer scripts in educational institutions is a time-consuming and often inconsistent process. The paper titled "Automation of Answer Script Evaluation" presents a novel approach to automating this task using advanced techniques in natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML). The proposed system analyzes student responses, comparing them with model answers while considering various aspects like correctness, depth of explanation, and linguistic coherence.

This automated system aims to provide an objective and efficient evaluation process, reducing human error and bias. It also accelerates the grading process, allowing educators to allocate more time to instructional activities. The research discusses the implementation, challenges, and potential applications of the system in various educational settings. Through this work, the paper contributes to the growing field of educational technology by offering a practical solution to improve the accuracy and efficiency of answer script evaluation.
