This article presents a personal reflection on the first chapter of the Tao Te Ching. Rather than using this ancient text to validate any formal theoretical structure, I offer an intuitive and experiential interpretation that arises from my own way of sensing the universe. The words I use may resemble concepts from my “structure theory” — but only because that’s how I naturally understand the world. This is not an attempt to prove the theory, but to express how I perceive the essence of this chapter.
