<p dir="ltr">This paper presents a systematic review of research on mobile transactions and financial services, focusing on the intersection of security, user adoption, and financial inclusion. Drawing from 81 peer-reviewed studies published between 2015 and 2025, it examines how technologies such as USSD, SMS, mobile applications, NFC, and blockchain enhance access to financial services, particularly for rural and underbanked populations. The review highlights major challenges including digital literacy barriers, regulatory inconsistencies, and weak security frameworks, while emphasizing the importance of trust, affordability, and inclusive design. Overall, the paper provides insights and policy recommendations for building secure, accessible, and equitable mobile financial ecosystems.</p><p><br></p>
