In this contribution, microwave-assisted heating of reference alcohols in miniature coaxial waveguide reactors is studied both experimentally and in simulations. The advantages and disadvantages of heating in coaxial reactors are considered, and the techniques of coaxial waveguide reactor improvements are proposed.
