This paper investigates the integration of future skills into Sierra Leone’s educational framework and explores its potential to drive gender equality and economic development. By aligning educational policies with the evolving demands of the job market, the study proposes strategies to enhance curriculum design and promote gender-responsive educational practices. It emphasizes the importance of equipping students with critical competencies, such as digital literacy, adaptability, and problem-solving skills, to foster economic growth and create equitable opportunities for all genders in the workforce.
