This article examines the "deadly triangle" in dysfunctional families in Iran, characterized by normalized addiction, emotional divorce, and revenge-seeking, particularly in families with mid-to-high social status connected to centralized power structures. Drawing on academic literature and reports from human rights organizations such as Human Rights Watch (HRW) and Amnesty International, the analysis highlights how institutional gaslighting and structural corruption in academic, medical, and judicial institutions perpetuate human rights violations in non-political social conflicts. These dynamics suppress children's protests, maintain a facade of normality, and exploit the oversight of human rights bodies, especially by corrupt elements in the medical community. The article argues for targeted exposure and international support to break this cycle of psychological-social genocide within families.
