Stablecoin systems designed for high-volume transactional environments require deterministic execution, low-latency settlement, and predictable fee structures. This paper presents the architectural design and protocol rationale of the FLASH USDT system implemented on the TRC20 standard.

The analysis focuses on token structure, transfer logic, execution pathways, and architectural decisions that enable high-throughput, time-bound stablecoin operation while maintaining auditability and operational control. Unlike generic TRC20 deployments, FLASH introduces constrained issuance, controlled transfer semantics, and lifecycle-bound validity at the protocol level.

This paper establishes the architectural foundation upon which subsequent performance, risk, compliance, and economic analyses are built.
