ESDM–SMTJ: An Entropic Semantic Dynamics Model

<p dir="ltr">Using a natural source of "Zufallszahlen" (aleatoric numbers) with superparamagnetic tunnel junctions hardware my work models the time-dependent thermal-noise induction of entropy as the fundamental input for defining a program that gates logical operators, such as the mathematical operator '+', as semantic modes. My model's program describes time-steps as internal states of a semantic value trajectories reaching different modi for '+', which match to the entropic numbers. We aim with this work to reach a basis for future upcoming work for extending the bridge to neuromorphic computing.</p>
