The integration of individuals with disabilities into workplace safety procedures remains a critical challenge in ensuring inclusive environments. This study focuses on the importance of Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans (PEEPs) for employees with disabilities in Saudi Arabia, exploring regulatory compliance, safety protocols, and the role of inclusive design. With a growing emphasis on disability inclusion, this research assesses the current safety protocols in place for employees with disabilities and offers insights into the improvement of PEEP systems. Findings highlight the importance of collaborative efforts in designing accessible safety systems and propose a framework for improving evacuation procedures.
